West Coast Custom Computers, LLC acknowledges that the information contained on customers' computers is private, personal and proprietary, and warrants that it will endeavor to protect its' customers privacy, using security measures to the best of it's ability.  By leaving a computer for repair or upgrade, customer acknowledges that West Coast Custom Computers, LLC and it's employees will have access to unsecured files on customer's computer.  West Coast Custom Computers, LLC recommends moving files the customer does not wish to be accessed to removable storage media, as a general best practice.

It is the policy of West Coast Custom Computers, LLC to physically destroy the hard drives of abandoned computers. so there is no further possibility of data being accessed.
