Service Liability Statement

West Coast Custom Computers, LLC, will not be held responsible for any data loss due to hardware failure or system malfunction regardless of fault or circumstances.  By leaving a computer with West Coast Custom Computers, LLC for repair, the customer assumes responsibility for having backed up any and all data and software programs.  Backup is available from West Coast Custom Computers, LLC for an additional fee.  Customer acknowledges that data loss may occur due to the nature of testing and diagnosing, and agrees not to hold West Coast Custom Computers, LLC responsible or liable in any way for such loss.

Custom agrees to pay in full before any hardware will be released to said customer.  Computers or computer components not picked up within 90 days of stated pick-up date become the property of West Coast Custom Computers, LLC.
